The Software is owned and operated by Numogist a healer (“Numogist”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By purchasing, registering for, accessing or using the Software, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. Electronic agreements and acceptances may be legally recognised under Section 10A of India’s Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Purpose of the Software

The Software and its reports:

  • are not scientific, medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional predictions;

  • do not guarantee any particular event, outcome or result;

  • should not be treated as an absolute description of any person’s life, personality, future, health, career, marriage, finances or relationships; and

  • should not replace independent professional advice or personal judgment.

The information generated through the Software is based on numerological, astrological, spiritual or interpretative systems and should be understood accordingly.

2. Licence Granted to the User

Subject to payment of the applicable fees and continued compliance with these Terms, Numogist grants the registered user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to use the Software.

This permission does not transfer ownership of the Software or any Numogist intellectual property to the user.

3. Restrictions on Use

The user must not, directly or indirectly:

  • any suggested procedure or remedy will produce a result; or

  • the Software can determine a person’s actual future or life outcome.

8. Personal Decisions and Assumption of Responsibility

Any person who chooses to follow a suggestion, remedy, procedure, interpretation or guidance obtained through the Software does so voluntarily and at their own discretion and risk.
